How does it work?

Sellers whose average response time to email messages from buyers is less than 24 hours will receive a "quick replier" badge on their profile.

This information helps buyers understand when they can expect to receive a response to messages they send via Tradus.

 

How is response time calculated?

A seller’s response time is calculated using an average of the fastest 90% of email response times to messages received in the 180 days prior to the latest email message. For example, if it’s 10 August and the last email message a seller received was on 1 August, a seller’s response time is based on messages that they received in the 180 days prior to August 1st.

If a seller received fewer than ten email messages in that time frame, his/her response time is based on the average of the last ten messages received. If a seller has received fewer than ten email messages total, his/her response time is based on an average of all messages ever received.

 

Which messages are included in my response time?

Response time is calculated based on email replies to email messages only. This does not include messages that sellers receive via phone or WhatsApp.
